Why I Chose UCI/CHOC: Excellent training at not one, but two standalone children's hospitals! All in sunny California. I also wanted to stay near my support system given how challenging residency can be, especially with a family.

Areas of Interest: Medical Education, Neurology, Early Childhood Development

Hobbies: Baking, reading, walking my dogs, and spending time with my husband and son.

Fun Facts: I lived in Chicago for 10 years prior to starting residency, and played on the club squash team at Northwestern University while getting my bachelor's.
